1. CV Joints
- New CV Joints: 1-year guarantee
- Reconditioned CV Joints: 6-month guarantee
2. Suspension Parts
- Reconditioned Suspension Parts: 6-month guarantee
- New Suspension Parts: 6-month guarantee
3. Other Parts
All other parts carry a supplier guarantee. Please note that parts not provided by Cape undercar (PTY) LTD are not guaranteed by us.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
We offer a 6-month workmanship guarantee on all services provided. This ensures that any issues related to our work will be addressed promptly.
5. Conditions for Guarantee
To validate any guarantee, both the original invoice and the original part must be returned to us. This allows us to assess the issue and ensure proper handling under our warranty terms.
6. Exclusions
Our guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance. To maintain the validity of these guarantees, regular maintenance is advised.
